This 45 minute session is a great way to determine if Private Sessions are the right fit for your busy life schedule and personalized goals. During this session, you and your coach will discuss your goals as they relate to fitness, martial arts (Muay Thai, BJJ, and/or MMA), and strength and conditioning. Your coach will guide you through a sample of what your future private sessions will look like. Come ready to workout, sweat, learn, and most importantly, have fun!

This selection is for two participants during the session ($70 per person).

This is a fantastic way to learn technique and drill with a training partner while your coach observes you, allowing the coach to correct the technique, in real-time, to prevent bad habits from developing. This is also a great choice for those looking to train with friends or family who share the same goal as you.

Private Session-Three Participants-60 Minute Session

Three Participants with this selection ($60 per person).

This selection is best for three people who share the same goal, but also for those who like to push the pace during class. Having a third person allows a balanced rest-work ratio between the three, as well as the ability to drill the technique with your coach.

Private Session-Four Participants-60 Minute Session

Four participants for $220 ($55 per person).

The best bang for your buck! A semi-private session with four participants allows everyone to train at the same time, while maximizing your cost savings. Choose this session if you have three other people you want to train with. The more people there are, the more fun you'll have!
